growing in a middle-class family
this short article written in a youngblood column of inquirer touched me. it was written by one freshman student of up-diliman jason dc. gavina, majoring in economics.
it touched me because, i was once saw myself in him, though i am not an only child [we are a brood of four, all boys]. what i see in him, is his desperate to pursue a dream, to continue to struggle and fight, to learn life what it should come to be.
he's right, being from a middle-class family will surely teach you what life is.
